We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
