McCrea Excavating Ltd. is a family-owned business that has been serving Eastern Ontario for multiple decades. All our services and equipment are backed by the reputation of high-quality, personable and reliable services. Our services include excavating, civil construction, aggregates, float services, rock breakers, landscaping, snow removal and sand, gravel and topsoil.

We are currently recruiting for Crushing Crew Members. These are full-time positions working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing mobile crushing for local and out of town work
  • Assist with the general maintenance of crushing equipment
  • Completing paperwork for jobs
  • Ensure the work site is clean and safe
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working on a crew in construction, excavation or crushing
  • Able to follow instructions and manage time effectively
  • Experience with loader operation or supervising a team is an asset
  • Punctual and reliable; the team depends on everyone being prepared for shifts
  • Willing to work longer hours as needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
