Job Description
The Finishing Technician is responsible for performing in all areas of finishing including Grading, Strapping and Forklift. The Finishing Technician is also responsible for the maintenance of prescribed quantity and quality of product produced. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting machine basic performance, making adjustments and calling for additional resources as required.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Preferred Qualifications
Related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an asset
Follow Health & Safety policies and programs
Mechanically inclined
Forklift experience is an asset
Good computer skills
Check quality of final product
Ability to work rotating shifts
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating basis in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
