Job Description
We are seeking passionate and energetic servers to join our FOH team in delivering a consistent, fun dining experience. The ideal candidates will have passion for great service and are eager to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a server, you will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service are met.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
– Support all aspects of the daily operations, including greeting and serving our guests.
– Help to ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
– Support FOH team members, providing support to ensure efficient operations of the guests dining experience.
– Help to foster a positive work environment.
– Assist the FOH team in organizing and maintaining a clean station, including the dining room.
– Responsible for carrying their own tips and floats as per company procedures.
– Responsible for monitoring stock movement and inventory levels, and for promptly notifying management when stock is running low.
– Responsible for opening and closing duties as per company procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:
– Proven track record as a server.
– The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
– Good communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:
– A minimum of two years as a server.

Licence/Certification:
– Smart Serve (required)
