General Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks within our facility. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of jobs.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation is a plus.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
