William Sons is recruiting for a skilled Labourer. This is a full-time position (50-60 hours a week) working Monday-Friday.

The Laborer will assist with a variety of tasks such as digging, fencing, locating, raking, traffic flagging, organizing and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading and unloading materials, ensuring the work area is clean and operating machinery.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Work in a team environment to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.

• Experience working in a labour-related role
• One year of construction experience is preferred
• Valid class G driver’s license with driver’s abstract
• Able to lift heavy objects
• The ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Self-motivated and punctual
• Safety-oriented individual
