Do you enjoy working outdoors and staying active on the job? RONA Petawawa is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lumber Yard Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers get what they need quickly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the lumber yard with loading materials (lumber, drywall, fencing, etc.)
- Prepare and stage orders for pickup and delivery
- Operate equipment such as forklifts (training provided)
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure smooth order flow

- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials regularly
- Previous forklift or equipment experience is an asset

- Strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend availability required

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
