Movers

We are currently recruiting for Movers. These are full-time positions.

Movers the core of our operation. Your responsibilities include:

• Packing furniture and effects for commercial and residential customers.
• Taking furniture apart, wrapping items and putting loose items in boxes and sealed packaging.
• Safely handling, and efficiently packing belongings.
• Loading and padding items to be moved.
• Completing paperwork including an inventory of packed items.
• Ensuring all items are loaded at the site and off-loaded at the destination.
• Perform some cleaning and organizing tasks to ensure the loading site is clean and that the truck and materials required for moving are appropriately allocated.

• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Proficient at following directions
• Strong skills to multitask at the job site
• Able to communicate well with the moving team and customers
• Efficient at working independently
• Commitment to following all health and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail

Assets:

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
• Clear criminal record check
