Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and motivated individual to join the team in our Optometry office. The primary job duty will be working in our optical dispensary to assist patients with their frame and lens selection, under the supervision of the Doctor of Optometry. The successful candidate will be trained on how to guide the selection of an appropriate glasses frame and ophthalmic lens for the patient’s prescription. Secondary duties may involve medical testing or medical reception as needed.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, kind, patient and optimistic. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Although not required, bilingualism would be an asset for this position. Furthermore, previous experience in customer service, a medical setting, or optical work would be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
