Job Requirements
Must Haves:
– Effective communication skills.
– Willingness to learn.
– Strong history of attendance and reliability.
– Ability to follow verbal and written directions in English.
– Ability to work in a team, and occasionally independently.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work on your feet for most of the day (standing and walking), or sitting for long periods of time.
Bonus Points If You Have:
– Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with strong attention to detail.
– Experience in a relevant field, such as agriculture or manufacturing.
– Experience working under EU GMP requirements.
– Experience or a keen interest in plants and/or science.
Job Specific Demands:
– Willing to wear the provided uniform, and personal protective equipment as needed (i.e., respirator, eye protection, hearing protection).
– Must have reliable transportation.
– Our plants require watering seven days a week— three-hour weekend watering shifts occur on a rotating basis. Typically scheduled for one weekend day shift per month.
– Plants like heat and humidity, so based on the position, you may need to be comfortable working in a greenhouse environment.
– Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
