We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to management, staff and volunteers. The areas of responsibility include: administrative office support, and reception.

Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education
Experience in an office administration position
Experience with Media postings and Website changes
Experience with building presentations, Canva and full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Event co-ordination
Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize activities in a fast paced organization
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector clearance
Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills and ability to work as an effective team member
A self-starter with the ability to take initiative from concept through to implementation
Adept at learning new technology
Creativity, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
French language fluency would be an asset
Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle

DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
