Description:
Damfar’s Construction is a fast-paced, energetic team specializing in new residential construction. Our crew works efficiently, maintains high standards, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Our services include attic top-up, thermal imaging, drywall installation and repair, insulation and construction.

We are currently hiring Insulators and Drywall Installers to join our residential construction crew. These are full-time positions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the trades and be part of a solid crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing fiberglass batt insulation in walls and ceilings
  • Soundproofing
  • Installing vapor barriers
  • Hanging drywall (walls and ceilings)
  • Working on new builds and renovations
  • Performing general job site duties and material handling
Qualifications
  • Experience in insulation and drywall is preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Must have reliable transportation to job sites
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
Additional Information
Pay is based on experience. Ideally, we are looking for someone to start by May 1, 2026.
