Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities: – Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence – Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department – Manage office filing system and organize documents -Maintain online store and ensure orders are fulfilled- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings – Provide administrative support to various departments as needed – Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service -Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Qualifications: – Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.60 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 12 per week

Flexible language requirement:

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
