Due to a much-deserved retirement after 43 years of service, we are recruiting for an experienced AZ Driver-Equipment Hauler to join our team. This can be a part-time or full-time position. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual with experience hauling agricultural and construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment and complete all required paperwork.
• Operate trucks safely and efficiently.
• Have a strong understanding of rigging, loading, and load securement to safely and effectively move equipment.
• Transport agricultural and construction equipment and machinery to and from customer locations.
• Maintain positive customer relationships during equipment pickups and deliveries.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including e-logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
• Be responsible for the overall condition and safe operation of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, safety, and security of all cargo.
• Follow company and customer policies and safety procedures.

• Valid Class AZ driver’s licence
• AZ driving experience
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Extensive knowledge of load securement and transportation regulations
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and professional attitude

Assets:

• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with machinery moving and rigging
• Experience hauling agricultural and construction equipment
